This amazing 4-part Spring Forest QiGong workshop series is planned for 2017 and 2018!

Please join me! I am offering these workshops to help you connect to your body, mind, emotions, heart, and spirit as you heal with Qi Gong.

1. Cultivating the Art of Mindfulness Through QiGong

 Journey deep inside yourself to experience peaceful clarity – from the inside out.

We will cultivate awareness through the elements of Spring Forest Qigong; the breath, sound, gentle movement and journeying to create a healthy flow of energy, Qi, within your body, heart, mind, and soul. As a participant you will also receive a personal healing. Connect with yourself and others as we share this experience with in a supportive nurturing Sacred Space.

 Bring a mat, blanket, and pillow for your comfort; a water bottle and tea mug for your further enjoyment.

We will cultivate awareness through the elements of Spring Forest Qigong; the breath, gentle movement, the sound and vibration of sacred Tibetan Bowls, and journeying to create a healthy flow of healing energy, Qi (chi), within your body, heart, mind, and soul.

3. Balancing Your Emotions and Managing Stress

                               With Qi Gong

Your emotions are wonderful tools for transforming energy. In this workshop, you will experience how the energy of positive emotion impacts your health.

Stress and other emotions are a form of energy and are responsible for most doctors’ visits.

In this experiential workshop, you will learn how to use the Five Elements Theory to discover the connection between your body and emotions, and how you can use this to heal and balance your health, chronic pain and emotions.

The ancient Chinese discovered ways to cultivate and balance our powerful emotional energy using the Five Elements Theory. Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water are the elements, and there are positive emotions and body systems and organs associated with each of them.

Using the Five Elements wisdom through Qi Gong moving meditations, you will use the positive emotions of Five Element theory to heal yourself faster and more completely.

For example, Happiness is the positive emotion for the Wood Element and Happiness helps to balance the liver energy. 70% of the toxins in our body are processed through the liver. Which means you can detoxify your body with Happiness.

Learn to heal using your emotions as you cultivate and practice the feelings of Happiness, Joy, Peacefulness and Groundedness, Contentment, and Gratitude.

In the supportive and sacred energy of this workshop, you will practice Qi Gong moving meditation and enjoy a sitting guided meditation as you practice and heal using the Five Element Theory.

4. Using Five Element Healing for your Heart and Mind

Nancy Crites Saturday, February 24, 10 am to 1 pm – $35

Your body is designed to be healthy. You have the innate wisdom and ability to heal yourself. The secret is simple. You are an energetic being and your energy is constantly being transformed. Using the FIve Elements, and ancient system of healing following the guidance of the seasons, the elements, emotions and more, you will  be transformed for the better allowing you to live into alignment and heal deeply.
