In 2011 I was living in a state of constant pain. Every morning I woke up with a crippling migraine, feeling like I had been hit by a truck. Even though I wore a back brace every day, my back ached constantly. I also wore a brace for my hips and a splint for my thumb.
These symptoms were a physical representation of what I was feeling internally.
Using mindfulness and connecting inward I began to heal deeply and completely.
