Bearing Witness in Extraordinary Times

Many of us are hurting right now. I understand that, and all the reasons for it, but I am doing my best to try to shift away from fear and all of those emotions, to the more positive, supportive healing emotions, and a higher vibration.

These are extraordinary times and they call for extraordinary measures, and what is more extraordinary than experiencing  JOY?

It’s the perfect time to create some JOY in your life. I know I talk about Joy a lot, I hear from friends and clients how much they benefit from creating an environment that supports Joy. So why not stay on that bandwagon for a while?

A couple of weeks ago I talked about the JOY 2020 Facebook Group I created. I have never done anything like that and I did feel stretched to put myself out there in the social media realm, but I have to say it’s a Super Joy, it’s such a pleasure and delight.

Discovering Joy is not rocket science even though it has the power of rocket fuel to take you to a higher place, to elevate your spirits.

The open-hearted people who are participating in JOY 2020 offer us a glimpse into their hearts and lives.

It is an honour to witness them, to be part of this community and to share in their experiences, to see the diversity and feel the heart in every. single. post.

As you can tell I have been focussing on JOY ~ a lot ~ and now it’s even more delightful because when I discover a Joy, I think of the JOY 2020 Community and I look forward to sharing it with them, so it creates a Double Joy!

Things that previously were seen as noteworthy or would have even gone unnoticed are now the source of Joy.

This is a remarkable time and it’s the most perfect time to switch the lens from fear and enjoy the magic that appears seemingly out of nowhere, in Joy.

Some of the benefits of having more Joy in your life include:
