This is a very special holiday,  take a moment to think about your life, on this planet, in this unprecedented time.

At this moment, how present are you, how grateful are you?

What do you bring to your life today?   You can bring love and generosity into every facet of your life.

Take a deep breath in, and now out.  Smile and nurture yourself the way you would your friends, your family, your neighbours,  and share the love and generosity that you have for others with yourself.

This is the perfect time to show up for You!  Take another slow gentle deep breath and connect to your inner strength, your love, positivity, generosity and resolve.  Know that you have the choice to be the best you, always.  You have all it takes to be a loving, strong, fulfilled and compassionate individual- every day for you!

The blessing of a quieter time is that you can make yourself Number One, what do you need in this moment?  You can choose to live an authentic rewarding life.

Breathe in the love, the healing energy and support of the universe, and breathe out the negativity and self-doubt that do not serve you.

Do it again after the holidays, smile, love yourself, and step into your new reality, your new year.

A word on gratitude.  As the year comes to an end and looking back, I am deeply committed to gratitude.  It is central to my daily morning ritual:  meditate, gratitude prayer and my intention for the day.

Even if it looks different this year, open your heart and be deeply grateful for this beautiful life you have been given, your vibrant health, a loving family,  friends, and the multitude of blessings that make your life so wonderful.

I want to say how grateful I am to you for being here, happy holidays my friend and remember to welcome the light!
