To truly eliminate pain you need a healthy balance in all areas of your being, and balance reduces pain.

 

I’m Nancy Crites, a highly skilled holistic nutritionist, spiritual mentor, and qigong instructor. Over the past 17 years, I have helped hundreds of people transform their depression, chronic pain, imbalances, or dis-ease simply and effectively using the concepts of the Simple Art of Health and Well-Being.

 

Many years ago I suffered from chronic pain, fear, anxiety, and depression. My body hurt everywhere and I suffered severe migraines daily. I was overwhelmed as I looked for a solution to my fibromyalgia-related pain.  After spending the night on the bathroom floor due to an overload of pain-killers in my system, I set out to find answers on my own.

Over time I healed myself and I have created an approach to eliminate chronic pain that is unique, simple and effective.

 

As you learn the steps I took, and still use, to resolve my chronic pain and inflammation, you will find you begin to feel ease, peace, and relief, as you balance physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Simply allow 10-30 minutes for each step this course, and stay with me until the end!

Whatever your goals may be, it is important to understand that inflammation and chronic pain have their roots in the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual realms.
