Inflammation is running rampant in our society. It is the root cause of most health concerns today.

Inflammation took me over. When I was on fire, I enjoyed about 10 percent of my life. I missed out on trips, celebrations, opportunities and spending quality time with my family and friends.
When I was struggling with chronic pain, I felt like I had been hit in the back with the full force with a basketball. My back ached, my hands ached, my hips ached, I had crippling migraines, allergies and need I say depression. This was due to fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, and my life was a mess.
I had a hip brace; a custom thumb splint so I could hold a pen, and every morning in the shower I would do an evaluation, “Is today an aspirin, 222, Tylenol, Advil or NSAID day?” That is just how severe my headaches and body pain was.
My body was a raging inferno of inflammation! I sought the help of a chiropractor, masseuse, acupuncturist, massage therapist, and more. I did not get the results I needed because I was not addressing the root cause.

I had no understanding of systemic inflammation. I ate a clean, all-natural diet, I exercised regularly, I meditated, but the pain was chronic, it was real.

Autoimmune conditions lead to degenerative disease and other chronic conditions such as heart disease, cancer, stroke, and autoimmune diseases such as fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, psoriasis, arthritis, Crohn’s, arthritis, celiac, acne, rosacea and more, are the plague of our times. These are the leading cause of death today.
Many things trigger inflammation. Stress, anxiety, diet, lifestyle, emotions, and so so much more.
The bottom line is that inflammation can be caused or controlled or even disappear by the choices we make.
