Being your authentic joyful self in this world requires that you check in with your intuition, and step up to your Truth.  Listen and respond in the most beautiful way to your soul’s desires. Get creative with this.

Let’s have a look at the areas of health, time, finances,

emotion and spirituality.

Physical Freedom is the central piece. Health is the key to being fully engaged in your life on this planet. Build a strong foundation for your body with a diet rich in natural foods and gold standard nutritional supplements.  This along with exercise, relaxation and balance build a vital, healthy and fit body.

Time, oh the luxurious gift of time.  We all have 24 hours a day to create our vibrant lives.  Remember this moment is all we really have, we know the past, and the future is a mystery.  This present moment is all we have control over.  Make it count.  Make YOU a priority.  If you need to schedule time for self care, please do it!  I am an advocate of extreme self care, if I don’t do it who will?

If you have a busy (ouch!) schedule it is important to pen yourself in for a date to go for a walk, meditate, visit with friends, sit in the sun, and enjoy life affirming activities.

Financial freedom allows you the flexibility of free choice.  The freedom to wake up and create your fabulous day.  I have the gift of choosing where and how I spend my time. Each day is a gift and I step out of bed with joy in my heart and 24 brand new hours to create a fresh experience.  I wish the same for you.  A residual income is an option for time freedom.  Get creative with your financial situation.

Emotional freedom is a sense of calm, confidence and clarity. Tools to help support this include meditation, journaling, being engaged in fulfilling activities, and just being.  Set aside “me time’, this is not self-indulgence this is self-nurturing!  Do what you love. Cultivate what you love.

Spirituality. Connect with source through rituals, daily prayer, affirmations, meditation, qigong.

Develop and deepen your spiritual connection.   It’s spring, go buy a plant or two.

You are the author, the artist. You have delved into abundance, blessings, courage, and deep desire. Now pick up the brush, get into flow and create your dream life.


This is freedom and fulfillment and Truth.


I know how it feels to be running and dancing fast and hard.  That is not really the answer.

I got slapped for that.  If you are on the run, take some time to breathe, center and listen.  What do you need?  No, really, what is it?
