I felt great, but I had to admit that I felt restricted when it was time to go out with friends, drop into the neighbourhood pub, go on a picnic, or if I just wanted to kick back and not work so hard at healing.

My anti-inflammatory program had allowed me to reach homeostasis, to balance my system. I felt great and I had achieved my goal and was maintaining it. Now I was able to relax the rules a bit! This is where the 80/20 principle came in. And it worked, now I do live a healthy happy life!
Your symptoms are messages. They are your body’s way of communicating to you that there is an imbalance in your body, mind, heart, or spirit.
As you make some wiggle room for the occasional glass of wine or other guilty pleasure. Please pay attention to your symptoms. As you make the changes, notice how you feel and notice where the tipping point is. Honour it!

The Pareto Principle (or 80/20 rule) comes from Vilfredo Pareto’s observation that only a “vital few” of the pea pods in his garden produced the majority of peas.
Following your anti-inflammatory diet and body-mind-spirit (holistic) program carefully you will really see that it that makes a difference. So at first, if you can stick to it for 100 percent of the time, eating anti-inflammatory foods and following your unique supplement protocol, meditate or do qigong every day, you will be amazed!
