“If you want to be healthy and live to be 100, do Qigong.”

                                                                          ~Dr. Mehmet Oz”

First of all before we talk about qi (pronounced chee), which means energy, I just want to get it out right here at the start that  you are healer.  Yup, that’s right, this information on energy will explain it to you.

You make the choices and create your reality, your life, and each choice reflects the love and respect you shine on yourself, or (ouch), the lack thereof. The way you choose to live your life directly impacts the energy in your body.  Of course no one chooses consciously to run on the path of self- destruction, but sometimes you’re moving so fast you miss the signs.

The universe is energy, and everything in the universe is energy, a rock, a star, a tree, even the cells in your body.

Energy cannot be produced nor destroyed but it is constantly transforming.  The question is whether the energy is transforming positively or negatively.

The energetic system in the body is like a river, happiest when flowing freely and effortlessly.

An energetic blockage is the result of a stress on the physical, spiritual or emotional level.  Just as a fallen tree in a river wreaks havoc with the river’s natural flow.

This blockage impedes the flow of energy throughout the energy channels of the body.

This leads to an imbalance, an excess of energy in one area and a shortage in another. These blockages manifest as symptoms on the physical, emotional or spiritual level.  Anything from a simple headcold, headache or fatigue may be the result of an imbalance.  If left unchecked, deeper levels of dis-ease may manifest, perhaps in the form of tumours or heart disease.

Spring Forest Qigong practice has the power to remove energy blockages so that energy can once again flow freely, and your body will function at a level of optimal health, peak performance.

Qigong has been called the most powerful healing technique the world has ever known.

Master Chunyi Lin says,

Qigong is such a powerful tool for healing, the whole world needs to know about it and benefit from it.”
