How to Heal Your Body Naturally
with intention, abundance and possibility.

There are two simple things that I do each and every day to maintain a healthy body and mind.
My life used to be such a challenge.
I had hit rock bottom and felt miserable inside and out. The doctor told me that there were about ten prescriptions he could give me for my fibromyalgia and related headaches, back and hip pain, sciatica, sore feet, and related depression. He told me to go home, have a good cry, and re-evaluate my life. My tears began the minute I left his office.
I was sad and overwhelmed and didn’t know where to turn. I didn’t believe I had any options left. But I knew I wanted to heal my body and my mind naturally.
I felt hopeless and helpless.
But I knew there was a way I could heal my body naturally, I could change this!

There were two things I did, and still, do:
- I supported my physical health with supplements and as my inflammation decreased, my cells and tissues repaired, and my pain disappeared, making it easier to work on changing my mindset and releasing my depression.

- Every day I found some time, to sit quietly for about ten minutes and I worked on visualizing a better future–a pain-free future, one where I felt balanced in my body and mind. No more debilitating pain, no more depression, just happy, happy, happy! I saw and felt my body moving with ease as I smiled and enjoyed my walks, my work, and my qigong.
I visualized, a better way, saw the outcome I desired.
- I began taking a supplement that my friend who suffered from chronic pain recommended, it had changed her life.
